I love rainy days, coffee and tea, sunshine, the beach, and being outside. I also love staying inside and binge watching Netflix. I love researching and learning. I love creating and DIYing and completing projects. I also love not having to talk to people or answer my phone.

My goals in life are to be a stay at home wife who paints in her living room and drinks wine. I suppose you could say I'm a typical white girl, but I try to stay away from leggings as pants and ugg boots. (Although secretly I like wearing leggings as pants. Shh, don't tell!)

I like unexpected humor and stand up comedians. Sometimes I wish I lived somewhere other than Idaho and sometimes I wish I had a little more direction in life, but mostly I'm just glad to be where I am with the people I'm with, living my life one day at a time.

I'm an INFJ with the need to create artwork and publish blog posts and take care of that sweet guy you see in the photo at the top of the page. His name is Nathan and he's been putting up with me like a champ for four years. (High four, Nathan! High four! I'd give you a high five, but you've got one more year to go, so.)

There isn't a situation I won't overthink and I've never met a dessert I didn't like. I like to think that if you don't like something you should try it again and that a greater part of our happiness comes from our dispositions and not our situations. That last part was a Martha Washington quote and if you don't know who she is, I don't know if we can be friends.

Just kidding. I'll still be your friend. But you better go do your research so we can keep hanging out.

I have a bachelor's degree in Art Education from the University of Idaho. If I could do it over again, I'd just get a bachelor's in Fine Art, but it is what it was. I'm an artist who is qualified to teach, which has lead me down a path ripe with opportunity. I will help you create the most perfect custom art work or I will teach you how to do it yourself. Sharing knowledge and experience is a great way to get know other people.

So here I am, ready to share life and advice and DIY projects with you, my people. If you'd like to follow along, just click the bloglovin' link or follow by email! I promise not to send you a bunch of spam and gunk up your inbox, because if there's one thing I can't stand, it's an inbox full of junk, ya feel me? I thought so.

And PS, I'm glad you're here! Pull up a chair, make yourself some tea, and let's do some life together.
